If a water pipe just broke in the middle of the night and you do not know how to turn it off or you have a short circuit in your electric panel and you do not know who to call, Enel Asistenţă is the service you need.
For 14,88 lei/month you get emergency assistance provided through the national network of specialists for the interventions below. These are carried out by our partners in safe conditions, respecting the recommendations in force.
- Interventions on electrical installations
- Locksmith repairs (door unlocks)
- Electric boilers repairs
- Interventions on water installations
- Interventions on sewage installations
For any of these situations, we offer two interventions per year, each of a maximum of 450 lei (VAT included). The service is available to Enel customers for a period of 12 months.
If you rather have an unlimited number of interventions per year and to drive carefree, you need the Enel Asistență+ package.
With only 24,99 lei/month you have access to al the home interventions needed, but also access to a tow service. We will offer you our support at home or in case of an accident even though you are responsible for any of these issues.
