Online contracting

There are so many new ways to use our energy - with Enel you gain more time to do whatever you want, whenever you want. With the new online contracting service, you can do everything online, whether you want to conclude an electricity supply agreement or you want to modify an existing one. All you have to do is to follow a few simple steps, available in Romanian, as well as in English and Hungarian.

STEP 1

The first step in the online contracting is to fill in the request offer form with your information data and personalize the process by selecting one of the two options:

• I request an offer for the place of consumption identified by - you have to provide us your client code and the Eneltel code for us to be able to identify you in the data base. You can find the two codes on the first page of the invoice.
• I want to become a customer of Enel - you have to provide us the full address of the place of consumption for which you intend the conclusion or amendment of the electricity supply agreement.

The following step is deemed as your agreement for the processing of the personal data - this is the legal manner by which Enel or its partners can safely process the client personal data received in order to sell and promote Enel products. Because we want you to safely browse the internet, we are also asking you to check the “I am not a robot” box. We are thus making sure that your data are protected from possible spam attempts (unsolicited messages) or fraud.

Have you filled in the form? Send the data to us and we shall redirect you to the personalized page where you will upload the documents needed for the drafting of your electricity supply agreement.

If you chose in the form I request an offer for the place of consumption identified by, we shall display on the page the details of the consumption place, and you will need to select one of the two options:

•  Yes, I want an offer for the abovementioned address and I confirm that I am the Enel contract holder.
•  Yes, I want an offer for the abovementioned address and I would like to switch the Enel contract to my name.

If the data related to the consumption place correspond to the ones for which you want to receive the offer and you are the contract holder, you need to send us only the copy of your ID. The latter will be processed exclusively in the Enel systems and will be used only to confirm that you are the holder of the contract you want to modify.

Are you not the contract holder for the place of consumption? Nothing easier, you need to upload the copy of the identity card and of the premises agreement. The identity card will be processed exclusively in the Enel system and will be used only for the drafting of the agreement, while the premises agreement is attesting the right to use the real estate for which you wish to conclude or amend the electricity supply agreement.

If the address of the place of consumption is not the one for which you wish to conclude the agreement we will ask you to fill in a new request offer form.

If you chose in the form I want to become a customer of Enel, we are requesting you to send us the copies of the following documents needed for the online contracting:

• The identity card: will be processed exclusively in the Enel system and will be used only for the drafting of the agreement.
• The premises agreement: attesting the right to use the real estate for which you wish to conclude or amend the electricity supply agreement.
• The most recent invoice of electric power received from your current supplier: needed for the drafting of the notification of termination of the agreement with your current electric power supplier;
• The handwritten signature represents your agreement for the continuation of the process of changing the supplier. The caption of the signature works both on the mobile devices and on desktop devices, by use of the mouse.

The scanned or photographed documents must be uploaded in a single pdf/png/jpg file, with a maximum size of 5MB each.

Do you not have the documents at hand? This is not a problem, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the link to the page for uploading documents which you can access within maximum 48 hours since the submitting request offer form. Since after this term you will no longer have the possibility to continue the process of online contracting, we will notify you 24 hours before the expiration of the page. Moreover, the validity will always be shown on the page, so that you do not miss the deadline for uploading the documents. If the page expires, you will be contacted by an Enel partner for the supply of an offer, with the mention that the offer may be subject to changes.

After you have finished uploading the documents we will ask you to send them to us, for the starting of the processing thereof.

Step 2

We will notify you by e-mail when we complete the processing of your request. Access the link received and verify the documents in the personalized page:

• The offer of supply of electric power;
• The electricity supply agreement and the annexes to the agreement;
• The terms and conditions for remote selling.

We recommend you download and save them in order to have them at hand if you wish to review them later.

The documents are correct and you are satisfied by the Enel offer? The signing of the agreement was never simpler, all you have to do is to check “I read and I agree to the terms and conditions of remote selling” and this is all.

Your agreement will be ready as soon as possible and we will inform you by e-mail as soon as we activate it. If you already are an Enel costumer, the activation of your contract can take at least 14 working days. You are not our client, but you wish to be part of Enel community? The process can last between 20 and 40 business days, depending on the regulated procedure applicable to the change of supplier.

We sent you together with the contractual documents a Withdrawal form. You can use it if you change your mind within maximum 14 days since the date of execution of the agreement. If you do not accept the offer you can refuse it in the page dedicated to the signing of the agreement.
