MyEnel is the application that helps you easily manage your electricity or gas contracts, in real time, from anywhere and with an Internet connection, to get help in any problem and to discover the entire Enel world. So in each section of the app, you'll find the information you need without having to go to one of Enel's Points to find out.
Index - by accessing this section you will be able to transmit your electricity consumption every month or two months. Moreover, you will be able to send the index even for meters with multiple quadrants and evaluate the consumption using historical data.
Do you want to pay your electricity bill or gas, but you don’t have time to go to the bank or an Enel Point? Do not worry. From now on, you have everything at your fingertips. At any time of day, you can safely pay off your electricity or gas bill by visiting the Invoices and payments section. You will be able to pay the invoice for one or more places of consumption, you can view and compare the last 12 invoices issued and you will be able to keep track of your payments. Moreover, in the Preadvice section, you will find all the disconnection information you have received.
In the My Account section you will be able to modify your contact information, enter / change your phone number or email address, modify the password, set the notifications you want to receive, whether it be the energy index transmission period, invoice issue, paid payments and confirmation of payment, or expressing the wish to receive messages about Enel's special promotions and offers. Do you want to receive the invoice by email on the day of issue? Nothing easier. All you have to do is access the Correspondence and Electronic Invoice box, check the Enable button and accept the Terms and Conditions. If you want to manage more places for consumption, all you have to do is go to the "Associate place of consumption" section.
The Quick Balance section helps you to check, without login in the app, at any time of the day, what is the value of the invoice you want to pay, and you can even help those who do not have a smartphone to find out how much they have to pay.
Also, in the Enel Points section, you will find a dynamic map with all Enel Points and Kiosks. At the same time, because we want to keep up to date with all Enel products and offers, in the Natural Gas and Electricity sections you will find all the information you need.
The MyEnel 3.1.0 version is available for Android operating systems with a version larger than 4.4., and iOS since version 8.0. To access custom information, you need to update the app to the latest version available in the Google Play Store or AppStore.
